Important[Second report] Temporary deactivation of all WASABI SWITCH accounts and request to change passwords
During the investigation we found that some accounts that should have been inactive had become active. All WASABI SWITCH accounts were therefore temporarily deactivated at 18:00 on Friday, October 16, 2026.
Stores wishing to resume should tell our support team one account to reactivate first. Please change the password immediately after it is reactivated.
