[Important] Notice to our customers about suspicious emails

Thank you for shopping with us.

We have been informed that WASABI SWITCH, the order management system we use (provided by WASABI INC.), was accessed without authorization by a third party, and that order information (your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order date, item, amount, etc.) was leaked. WASABI SWITCH does not store credit card information, so no credit card information was included.

Suspicious emails misusing this information — claiming, for example, that an item is out of stock and a refund will be issued — are asking recipients to contact a LINE account or enter card details. We will never ask you to contact us via LINE or to enter card or bank details. Please do not reply to such emails or access the links or LINE accounts they contain.

WASABI INC. has set up a dedicated contact point for inquiries about this incident:
https://incident-admin.wasab.net/en/customers

We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this has caused.
